Apart from crystal clear, often crisp, shallow waters, this stretch of sand offers a picture-perfect setting where visitors get to swim right next to the well-preserved remains of two basilicas. Located in Kefalos’ bay, 40k from Kos town, the well-organized beach is hard to miss and provides visitors with sun-beds, umbrellas and plenty of water sports.
