Lagada beach may just be the place where all troubles melt away! The beach presents golden dunes and turquoise waters that are so clear you can see all the way to your toes. Yet another beach in Kefalos bay which is, needless to say, ideal for beach hopping. Ample parking space makes for stress-free days on the beach, with superb Aegean views.

Easy to reach from the main road heading to Kefalos, located about 34 kilometres from Kos town, the beach of Lagada offers sun beds providing visitors with the necessary shade and a small canteen for snacks and refreshments. Its shimmering teal-blue waters are shallow at first and later deepen, embracing the all-sandy sea bottom.

A walk along the coast, which is equivalent to beach hopping, since visitors are able to reach the next pristine beach on foot!

Did you know?

There is a wide shadeless area in Lagada beach available to spread a towel and unwind under the Greek sun without having to rent a sun-bed. Mind the rocks into the sea in a specific area if you are a sandy sea bottom fanatic.
